The hotel overall is a great choice—quiet, clean, and well-located in downtown Cancun. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was decent for a quick morning meal. My only minor issue came upon late-night check-in: the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. No bed sheets had been laid, there was no towel in the bathroom, no water running, and trash from the previous guest remained. I was utterly exhausted, so I just asked for a towel and called it a night without requesting a room change. The next day, I mentioned it to the front desk, and they responded immediately—by afternoon, my room was completely refreshed, fully stocked, and spotless. It’s clear they take guest feedback seriously and act fast. Despite the initial hiccup, the follow-up made all the difference. For comfort, convenience, and value, I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Cancun.

Staying at this downtown Cancun hotel was such a great choice. Right next to a large shopping center, I could walk there in just a few minutes for some shopping or casual dining. The best part? There's a vibrant local night market right outside the hotel—perfect for soaking in authentic Mexican street culture. I loved trying the fresh street food and browsing handmade crafts late into the evening. Getting around from the hotel area was super easy with taxis always available. With its unbeatable location, lively surroundings, and convenient access to everything, this place offers excellent value and a truly immersive experience. Highly recommended!

Everything we needed was within a 10-minute stroll: a large supermarket, local shops, and restaurants. The downtown plaza is also just a short 15-minute walk away—perfect for evening strolls and exploring the city vibe. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed with a minimalist touch that feels both relaxing and functional. Great bed, excellent AC, and quiet surroundings made for a peaceful stay. Whether you're here for business or just a quick getaway, this hotel delivers comfort and value without compromise. Highly recommend!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The decor is beautiful and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. The indoor pool is a real plus—perfect for families or anyone looking to relax. Right outside the door, there's an Oxxo convenience store just steps away, offering breakfast options starting at 100 pesos. I tried the 130-peso combo with coffee, bread, cereal, and eggs—it was delicious and very reasonable. The only minor downside is a rock bar next door that plays music at night, but honestly, after a long day of exploring Cancun, we were so tired we barely noticed it. We slept well anyway. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The host was incredibly welcoming and kind—exactly the kind of warmth you hope for when traveling. We arrived quite late due to a nearly two-hour delay at the toll booth between Chichen Itza and Cancun, but the owner made us feel right at home despite the late hour. Our room was upstairs with a shared bathroom, which was clean and well-maintained. The room itself had its own air conditioning, which was a big plus in the warm weather. We left early the next morning for our flight, so we didn’t have much time to explore beyond sleeping and showering. The host kindly came down to unlock the front door and gate for us—small gestures like this really make a difference. The room was beautifully decorated, cozy, and comfortable. There’s a mini fridge and a TV, but the TV needs to be plugged in upon arrival (a little detail worth noting). The fridge is labeled for food only, with a sign stating not to use it for just one bottle of water—understandable, but slightly restrictive if you're just trying to keep something cold. Getting to the property required a quick call ahead to confirm the exact location. It’s tucked away on a quiet side street off the main road, so navigation can be tricky if you’re not familiar. But once you arrive, it’s peaceful and safe. Overall, this place offers great value, a warm atmosphere, and a genuine homely feel—perfect for travelers looking for a relaxed, low-key stay without the hassle or high cost.

The rooftop pool area had an amazing view, perfect for relaxing while taking in the scenery. It's incredibly well-located right in front of the ADO bus station, making travel around Cancún super convenient. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully designed, from the cleanliness to the welcoming vibe. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

I stayed at this hotel for five days and felt extremely comfortable throughout my visit. The check-in process was made smooth and welcoming by Fernanda—she’s professional, friendly, and genuinely goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home. Every front desk staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful—thank you all! The room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. While it's a 2-star property and doesn't include a fridge in the room, that’s completely fair given the price point—great value for money. Location is one of its biggest strengths: just a short walk to the city center shopping area and only 7–15 minutes by bus to the beaches in Zona Hotelera. The bus stop is a bit far, but if you wait at the traffic light right outside the hotel entrance, buses will stop to pick you up—no hassle. One thing to note: one side of the building faces a main road, so guests sensitive to noise might find it slightly noisy. However, the front desk can easily help relocate you to quieter rooms on the opposite side—very accommodating. Bonus tip: just 200 meters from the hotel toward the shopping area is a cozy local family-run café. If you’re there before 4:30 PM, you can enjoy a delicious bowl of soup and a hearty main dish for just 150–190 pesos—absolutely worth a visit!
