The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern yet cozy vibe. I loved how centrally located it was—just a short walk to the beach and all the main attractions. This hotel is absolutely incredible! Located right in the heart of Cancun, it’s a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. I was so impressed that despite my late flight, they allowed me to check out at 2:30 PM—such a thoughtful gesture. The location is ideal for exploring the city; everything is within easy reach by foot or public transit. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience seamless. While there was a minor issue with ants near the windowsill (they must’ve been after some snacks!), it was quickly addressed and didn’t detract from the overall fantastic stay. Clean rooms, excellent amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere make this place stand out. If you're visiting Cancun, this is definitely a top choice. Highly recommend!

Despite being located right next to a busy street, the room remained peaceful and well-insulated. Daily cleaning was done with care, and two bottles of water were always left for me each day. Hotel Handall is perfectly located in the heart of Cancún, just a block away from Chedraui, pharmacies, restaurants, and a bus stop heading straight to the hotel zone. The hotel’s café serves delicious food at very affordable prices, though it closes at 5 PM—luckily there’s a 24-hour convenience store right outside for late-night needs. The place feels quiet and mostly empty, which actually worked in our favor—we stayed 8 days and had the small pool all to ourselves for 5 of them. That kind of privacy is rare and appreciated. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, but the front desk staff were quite serious and not very welcoming. Still, if you’re looking for a clean, low-key stay with easy access to everything, this hotel delivers great value without the touristy crowds.

If you're looking for something basic and affordable with no frills, this could work. But if you’re aiming for a more relaxing stay, consider other options. A few upgrades in furnishings, maintenance, and service would go a long way.

While the rooms are basic, they’re well-maintained and functional, exactly what you’d want for a relaxing stay. Located just minutes from public transit, it’s easy to get around town, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. I had a great night’s sleep and would definitely book again if I’m back in Cancún.

Staying at the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina was a fantastic experience overall. The location is unbeatable—there’s a direct walkway connecting the hotel to the shopping center, so you can grab snacks, souvenirs, or just relax without stepping outside. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. While the sauna requires booking a day in advance (and slots fill up fast), other amenities like the pool and beach access were excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The only minor downside is the absence of a bathtub, but honestly, that didn’t bother me much. Overall, it’s a well-designed resort with top-notch service and convenience—perfect for a relaxing getaway.
