Staying at Banyan Tree Tianjin Riverside was an absolute delight! While the 'Xuan Ying Photography Experience' wasn't available during our visit, everything else more than made up for it. We used the 90% discount at Baiyun Chinese Restaurant, and while the food was solid and traditional, it delivered exactly what we expected. When I mentioned the room felt a bit chilly upon arrival, the front desk staff, Xiao Liu, immediately upgraded us to a more comfortable and quieter elegant room without hesitation. Even when we forgot our breakfast voucher, she personally delivered it to our room—so attentive and friendly! The entire experience felt warm and personalized. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety with plenty of authentic local dishes from Tianjin, including some I’d never tried before. The dining staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Special shoutout to Yu Li and He Mingyang at the front desk—their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
