While they eventually fixed the issues, these are basic expectations for any accommodation—especially one marketed as a premium experience. It’s frustrating that such fundamental standards weren’t met. I’m sharing this honestly to warn others: if you’re looking for comfort and respect, this might not be the right choice. What stood out most was the excellent service: the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and whenever we ran out of something, it was replenished almost immediately. It’s true that finding the location might be a bit tricky at first glance, but once you’re there, you’ll appreciate how central it is — right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. Best of all, the hotel isn’t directly on a busy street, so it’s quiet and peaceful throughout the night. Great value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Tianjin.
