Staying at Banyan Tree Tianjin Riverside was an absolute delight! While the 'Xuan Ying Photography Experience' wasn't available during our visit, everything else more than made up for it. The complimentary minibar was fantastic—well-stocked with quality drinks and snacks, a real highlight. We used the 90% discount at Baiyun Chinese Restaurant, and while the food was solid and traditional, it delivered exactly what we expected. The pool area is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with excellent facilities that make it perfect for relaxing. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout—no issues at all. But the real showstopper? The view of the Ferris wheel at night—it’s breathtaking. The lights sparkle across the river, creating a romantic and unforgettable atmosphere. And the service? Outstanding. Manager Tian Bing was especially attentive and welcoming, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. From start to finish, this place exceeded expectations. When I mentioned the room felt a bit chilly upon arrival, the front desk staff, Xiao Liu, immediately upgraded us to a more comfortable and quieter elegant room without hesitation. Even when we forgot our breakfast voucher, she personally delivered it to our room—so attentive and friendly! The entire experience felt warm and personalized. I’ve already told my boyfriend we’re coming back for New Year’s Eve. This place is definitely on my list to recommend to friends.

Laundry facilities were easy to use, which was a big plus for a longer stay. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety with plenty of authentic local dishes from Tianjin, including some I’d never tried before. The dining staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Special shoutout to Yu Li and He Mingyang at the front desk—their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
