Stayed at Suyuan Hotel during my visit to Suzhou, and I was genuinely impressed. One small suggestion: rotating the daily menu would keep things fresher and more exciting. Waitstaff Liu Shunyi was energetic and proactive, always ready to clear plates without being asked.
