Even though the hotel looks like just a two-star property from the outside, the service truly exceeded my expectations. It's incredibly close to Beijing Capital Airport—right when I arrived, they even gave me clear instructions on which exit to take for the quickest access. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade. Daily free sodas and bottled water are a nice touch. One of the best features? There’s a free laundry machine on the premises—perfect for longer stays or business trips. This little detail made my entire stay in Beijing much more enjoyable. Lately, my go-to has been the Executive Room at Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha Center, and it’s quickly become my cherished weekend ritual. Sure, the room is more compact compared to other luxury hotels, but the view of the Liangma River from the window makes every moment feel special—so serene, so picturesque, I can’t help but linger by the window. The highlight? The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner. The food is exceptional—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and far beyond what you’d expect at many five-star properties. On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. He remembered my preference for warm dishes and kindly heated up the seafood before serving—such thoughtful attention to detail. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort. During dinner, I met a couple with their child, who shared they also make it a habit to visit a luxury hotel every weekend. After trying several places, they keep coming back to Kempinski—not just for the food or rooms, but because of the warmth, the genuine hospitality, and that sense of home. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a sanctuary. A place where stress melts away, and memories are made. This year, we’ve already booked our Lunar New Year stay. On the day of arrival, I received a message from Lena at 11 AM letting me know my room was ready and that I’d been upgraded—definitely made my stay feel extra special. The staff, including Irena, Ivy, Coco, and Sita, were incredibly warm and attentive throughout my visit. The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained—every detail reflected high standards. Located just steps from Huamao Center subway station, getting there was a breeze. Whether it’s for business or leisure, this hotel delivers an exceptional experience with genuine hospitality and top-tier comfort. Definitely worth every penny.

I was truly touched by the exceptional service I received during my stay at InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun. I accidentally left behind a toiletry bag containing a significant amount of cash in my room, and I was extremely anxious at first. To my great relief, every staff member involved—from housekeeping team member Shiyuan, shift manager Zhang Lei, security officer Qin Yanling, to front desk agent Zoey—went above and beyond to help locate and return my belongings. Not only was everything recovered, but the cash remained untouched. Under the leadership of Manager Bai Lu, this team demonstrated an outstanding level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and responsibility in a luxury hotel setting. This experience made me fall even more in love with InterContinental, especially this property in Sanlitun. The location is unbeatable, the service is top-tier, and the attention to detail is unmatched. If you're looking for a five-star stay that delivers both comfort and peace of mind, this is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at—truly a must-visit for anyone seeking excellence in hospitality.

Staying at China World Hotel in Beijing was an absolute highlight of my trip. From the moment I walked into the lobby, the festive Christmas atmosphere was electric—full of energy and holiday cheer. It reminded me of the bustling crowds I saw during Lunar New Year at Guangzhou’s China Hotel, which made me realize how vibrant and well-attended this property truly is. The design touches, especially the lighting fixtures, perfectly capture a modern yet uplifting sense of prosperity—very stylish and thoughtful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and despite being in the heart of Beijing, the rooms were remarkably quiet and peaceful, offering a true escape from the city buzz. The staff went above and beyond with their service—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was generous and delicious, though some of the condiments could have had clearer labeling for guests. Overall, ending the year at a hotel that carries the name 'China' felt symbolic and fitting. A memorable stay from start to finish.
