With such a fantastic location, excellent service, and top-tier amenities, it’s definitely one of the best choices in Santiago. Would highly recommend and will be back!

I stayed here during a conference, so rooms were fully booked and the price was on the higher side—around $300 per night. That said, aside from the cost, everything else was excellent. The staff went above and beyond with their service—friendly, prompt, and genuinely helpful. The facilities are top-notch: modern gym, well-maintained pool, and clean, stylish rooms. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset when you can see the entire Santiago skyline. The only downside was breakfast—it felt a bit lacking in variety. There weren’t many options, and despite what other guests mentioned, I didn’t see any cherries at all. Just basic fruits like apples and bananas. Still, considering the overall experience, the location, the comfort, and the service, it’s definitely worth it for the right occasion.

The on-site restaurant was fantastic — delicious food and a great wine list to match. I also enjoyed relaxing in the warm rooftop pool on the 20th floor and using the well-equipped fitness center. Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Perfect location, unbeatable service, and an overall experience that exceeded expectations. I’d gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.
