The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring on foot—just a short stroll to San Cristóbal Hill or the charming Barrio Italia district, where you can wander through cobbled streets and enjoy local cafes. Our room was cozy and thoughtfully designed, with a lovely patio that became our favorite spot to relax with a drink in hand. The selection of snacks and beverages was fantastic—simple yet delicious, and always available when we wanted a little pick-me-up. Every question we had was answered promptly and with warmth, and your team went above and beyond to make our time special. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of coming back. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience. Highly recommended!

The service was outstanding—truly the hallmark of this accommodation. Located in the heart of Providência, it’s incredibly convenient with a supermarket, fresh fruit and vegetable market, and plenty of restaurants just steps away. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the bedding was spotless—actually brand new, never used before. The private bathroom is compact, and the showerhead is low, which was a bit inconvenient for taller guests like us. Our room was situated outside the main house, near the parking area, so we were occasionally disturbed by vehicles arriving late at night. Despite those minor drawbacks, the overall experience was excellent—great location, warm hospitality, and fantastic value. I’d definitely stay here again.
De Blasis Budget Rooms
I'm writing this review on behalf of my nephew who recently stayed at De Blasis Budget Rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout his entire visit. When his phone was stolen, he was able to stay in touch with family using the front desk phone—something that truly eased our worries. The hotel is perfectly located, spotlessly clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. My nephew said it felt like home from the moment he walked in. He absolutely loved the place and would give it 10 stars if possible. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall comfort made all the difference. If you're visiting Santiago, this is a top choice for a budget-friendly yet highly enjoyable stay.

Staying at Amistar Apartments was an absolute delight! Tucked away on a quiet street in a charming part of Santiago, Ventana Sur Hostal is an absolute gem. Ivan and Lex, the hosts, go above and beyond—offering local tips, a welcoming glass of wine, and even a slice of homemade pizza. The pool is perfect for summer days, and the shaded terrace is ideal for relaxing with a book or chatting with fellow travelers. The common areas are warm and inviting, making it easy to connect with people from around the world. Breakfast is included every morning and is deliciously simple. We stayed in a private room by the pool—quiet, comfortable, and beautifully kept. It’s no surprise that many guests, including ourselves, are already planning a return visit. In fact, several travelers we met had come back multiple times. If every stay in South America could be this enjoyable, we’d be thrilled. This place truly feels like home.

The whole atmosphere is electric, full of energy and genuine joy—like being part of a big, welcoming community. From the clean, thoughtfully designed spaces to the cozy common areas, everything feels intentional and well cared for. It’s rare to find such a high-quality hostel with this much heart. If you're visiting Santiago, don’t miss out on Pariwana—it’s more than just a place to stay, it’s a memorable experience from start to finish.
Hotel Las Flores
The hotel is decent and comfortable overall, though the walls show some signs of moisture. Luckily, the heating works well, so we never felt cold during our stay. The staff were exceptional—especially the lady who prepared breakfast and handled housekeeping. She was incredibly kind and attentive, making our experience much more pleasant. One thing to note: quietness is required in the rooms, so please keep noise levels down to respect fellow guests. It's a solid choice for travelers looking for a no-frills, friendly stay with good value. Located conveniently near public transit, it’s easy to explore Santiago without hassle.

I arrived at 2:00 PM and even though I had mentioned in advance that I'd be checking in late, no one answered the door or offered any assistance. It was frustrating to show up and have no staff available to greet me or help with check-in. The location is decent—close to public transit and downtown—but the lack of basic hospitality really let down the experience. For the price, you’d expect a little more professionalism, especially when guests are arriving after hours. Definitely not something I’d recommend.

Brizen Apartments Pedro de Valdivia
My stay at Brizen Apartments Pedro de Valdivia was a major disappointment. From the moment I arrived, there were issues with check-in—apparently I had to register at the front desk, but the building is residential and security was extremely lax. The doorman wasn’t even checking IDs, letting almost anyone in. The main entrance door was broken and barely functional, which added to the unease. The elevator creaked like it was about to fall apart, and the hallway smelled strongly of garbage and something else unpleasant—really off-putting. By the time I got to my unit, I just wanted to collapse. Inside, the apartment looked okay at first glance, but the bathroom showed clear signs of poor cleaning—stains on the tiles, like it hadn’t been properly sanitized before my arrival. The balcony was littered with cigarette butts. I was exhausted and tried to sleep, but the noise from outside was unbearable: constant traffic, buses rumbling by, loud exhaust fans from nearby restaurants, and people shouting on the street well past 2 a.m. It was impossible to rest. I reached out for a refund, but received no response. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had—poor maintenance, weak security, and extreme noise pollution. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
