I've stayed at The Social Hub in Florence before and really enjoyed it, so I was excited to try the Berlin location—and it lived up to expectations. One small downside: smokers are directed straight to the railing right at the entrance, which feels a bit inconvenient. There’s actually a large outdoor area that could easily be split into smoking and non-smoking zones—this would make the experience much better for everyone. Overall, though, this is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for a stylish, central, and welcoming stay in Berlin.

The only confusion came during booking: we selected a package including breakfast for two adults and two children, but were unexpectedly asked to pay extra for the kids' breakfast at check-in. It would’ve been great if the booking details clearly specified that children’s breakfast wasn’t included. Still, despite this minor issue, the overall experience was excellent. The location, cleanliness, and service make this hotel a top choice for families visiting Berlin. Highly recommend!

There’s also a laundry facility nearby, which is a huge plus when traveling for work. Everything is so convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. For business travelers looking for comfort, location, and practicality all in one, this is definitely a top choice.

But checking out is super easy—you just drop your key into the box at the counter. The location is excellent: just a short walk from Alexanderplatz U-Bahn station, where you’ll find a convenience store for drinks and snacks. Note that free bottled water isn’t provided, so bring your own. While the bus to East Side Gallery requires a bit of walking, getting to other major sights is quick and straightforward, and heading to the airport means no transfers needed. There’s also a great variety of dining options nearby—within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find several Asian restaurants and even more coffee shops. One thing to avoid: the McDonald’s right next to Alexanderplatz. Limited menu, overpriced, mediocre food, and no seating—just takeout, which is frustrating. Definitely skip this one.
