This was my second stay at this hotel, and I’m even more impressed this time around. The location is unbeatable—just a few hundred meters from Alexanderplatz, with easy access to the U-Bahn for getting around Berlin. A walk of about 800–900 meters takes you to a well-known local food district packed with great dining options—perfect for grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a proper meal. There’s also a laundry facility nearby, which is a huge plus when traveling for work. Everything is so convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. For business travelers looking for comfort, location, and practicality all in one, this is definitely a top choice.
Hotel Nikolai Residence
Nikolai Residence is a true hidden gem for exploring Berlin. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, it offers a peaceful retreat yet is just a 5-minute walk to the vibrant Alexanderplatz or across the river to Museum Island. Public transport links are excellent—U-Bahn and Alexanderplatz station are right on your doorstep, making it easy to get around the city. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained. While breakfast isn’t included, the team kindly recommended Alex’s, a local favorite just a short stroll away—perfect for our needs. As a first-time visitor to Berlin, I can confidently say this hotel makes an ideal base. Great location, friendly service, and excellent value—highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the city with ease.
Ibis Berlin Mitte
Staying at Ibis Berlin Mitte was a great experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from major attractions in the Mitte district, making it super convenient for exploring the city center. The room featured two single beds, which worked well for us, though space was a bit tight with limited gap between the beds. Still, it didn’t detract much from the comfort, especially considering how close we were to everything. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to checkout, they made us feel welcome. Despite the compact room size, the value for money was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Berlin.
Holiday Inn Express Berlin - Alexanderplatz

The room was significantly larger than many older hotels I've stayed in, especially in Paris, making it feel spacious and comfortable. There was a small desk with a chair—perfect for unpacking or working on the go—and a safe for peace of mind. Just across the street is the subway station, only a 5- to 6-minute walk, which made getting around the city super convenient. Breakfast was solid, and the fact that it starts at 6:00 AM was a huge plus—no rushing to get something before heading out. The brand’s signature clean, no-frills style shines here: reliable, efficient, and affordable. For under €400 per night, this is one of the best value stays I’ve had in Berlin. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and great quality without the high price tag.

We stayed at the Meininger Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz for a full week, and it was an excellent experience overall. Upon arrival, the staff who speak Italian were incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants—there are so many options nearby, we barely had to go far for good food. The room offered a fantastic view of the Alexanderplatz Tower, making every morning a little more enjoyable. The only downside was the construction work right across from the hotel, but it didn’t affect our stay much. Rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast was generous and varied—perfect for starting the day. With its central location, easy access to public transport, and great value, this hotel is a top choice. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at the Cuba apartment at Linnen Hotel, a perfect fit for our family of four—two adults and two teens. From booking to arrival, Antonio was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering every question with care and speed. The apartment itself exceeded expectations—spacious, beautifully designed, and full of character. High ceilings and quirky details made it feel truly special, though the photos don’t do justice to its charm. It’s located on a busy street with tram noise, but surprisingly, we slept well throughout the night. What really stood out was the location—just steps from frequent trams and metro lines, making sightseeing effortless. There are also countless restaurants and cafes within a 5- to 10-minute walk, so dining options were never an issue. We’d definitely return to Berlin and choose this place again. The Marlène apartment is perfectly located—just steps from local shops and right next to public transport, making it super easy to get around Berlin and reach all the major attractions. One thing to note: you’ll need to contact the host before arrival to arrange a meet-up at the property (be sure to ask for their mobile number). The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive—communicating in either English or German made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, combining convenience, comfort, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommend for travelers who value a central yet tranquil base in Berlin.

We spent a work week here with 40 students aged 14 and 15, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The host greeted us warmly and made check-in quick and hassle-free. We were treated to a complimentary cappuccino at the attached café, which instantly put us at ease—felt like coming home right away. The room’s Italian-inspired design and ambiance were truly unique, with attention to detail that made every element feel refined and spotless. Located just steps from both U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the Kiez area and beyond. Breakfast was excellent at the nearby bakery—fresh, delicious, and with a 20% discount, making it even better value. The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding. We’d book this place again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.
