Staying at Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz was an absolute delight! The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, especially being on a higher floor—perfectly quiet, so I slept like a baby. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Berlin, just a short walk to major attractions and public transit. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of variety, fresh, and delicious. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming attitude. And wow, the Nespresso capsule coffee machine was a game-changer for morning routines. It’s such a nice touch for travelers who love a good cup of coffee. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.

I've stayed at The Social Hub in Florence before and really enjoyed it, so I was excited to try the Berlin location—and it lived up to expectations. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed with a cozy touch. It’s great value for the price. One small downside: smokers are directed straight to the railing right at the entrance, which feels a bit inconvenient. There’s actually a large outdoor area that could easily be split into smoking and non-smoking zones—this would make the experience much better for everyone. Overall, though, this is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for a stylish, central, and welcoming stay in Berlin.

The only confusion came during booking: we selected a package including breakfast for two adults and two children, but were unexpectedly asked to pay extra for the kids' breakfast at check-in. It would’ve been great if the booking details clearly specified that children’s breakfast wasn’t included. Still, despite this minor issue, the overall experience was excellent. The location, cleanliness, and service make this hotel a top choice for families visiting Berlin. Highly recommend!

There’s also a laundry facility nearby, which is a huge plus when traveling for work. Everything is so convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. For business travelers looking for comfort, location, and practicality all in one, this is definitely a top choice.

Breakfast was excellent at the nearby bakery—fresh, delicious, and with a 20% discount, making it even better value. The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding.
