My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view of the city skyline. Everything from check-in to housekeeping ran smoothly and efficiently. The service felt personal and attentive throughout. While I did notice that room service didn’t accept card payments—which was a minor inconvenience—I still can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s now my top pick in Jakarta, and I’ll definitely be back.

It would be fantastic if the hotel could improve pest control, especially in the rooms, to ensure a more comfortable and peaceful sleep. With that small fix, this place would easily be my top pick for future trips to Jakarta.
