The towels were extremely thin and flimsy, especially considering the room rate wasn’t cheap. Also, no slippers were provided, so we had to bring our own. While the price per night isn’t high, the lack of essentials really affects the overall experience. A few small improvements in amenities could go a long way in boosting value for money.
