Staying at Erian Hotel was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The view from the room was breathtaking—towering over the city skyline with stunning panoramic vistas that made every moment feel special. The service truly stood out, especially thanks to the amazing staff members Sheina and Shelly. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to checkout, their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. The location is convenient, close to everything without being too noisy. I’ve never seen such a high level of hospitality in a hotel setting. If you're visiting Jakarta, this is hands down my top recommendation. I’ll definitely be back!

Location-wise, it's ideally situated near Thamrin’s main attractions and public transport, making everything super accessible. Service is attentive without being intrusive, and the overall atmosphere feels modern, clean, and welcoming. Located near public transit, it’s super convenient for business travelers like me who need quick access to downtown and office areas. The price is very reasonable for what you get—excellent value. That said, there was one issue: mosquitoes were quite noticeable. I personally swatted or killed over 40 during my stay, which was frustrating. It would be fantastic if the hotel could improve pest control, especially in the rooms, to ensure a more comfortable and peaceful sleep. With that small fix, this place would easily be my top pick for future trips to Jakarta.
