It’s fast, reliable, and stress-free. The only downside? The air conditioning was too cold and couldn’t be adjusted to a comfortable temperature, which actually led to me catching a chill. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off for such a great location, excellent service, and overall experience. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

On our last evening, it was just me and my child for dinner, and the staff went above and beyond to help us—bringing food, setting everything up, and making sure we felt welcome. Special thanks to Mbak Dinda, who made our night memorable with her kindness. My son loved the balloons they gave him and was beaming the whole time. Breakfast was fantastic too—huge variety including Indonesian, Middle Eastern, and Italian options. For families, there’s no need to worry about baby meals; plenty of porridge choices available. All in all, this stay didn’t cost even $1,000, yet felt luxurious. If I ever return to Jakarta, this is definitely where I’ll book again.
