From check-in to checkout, their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. The location is convenient, close to everything without being too noisy. I’ve never seen such a high level of hospitality in a hotel setting. If you're visiting Jakarta, this is hands down my top recommendation. I’ll definitely be back!

The room itself offers a stunning view, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. Location-wise, it's ideally situated near Thamrin’s main attractions and public transport, making everything super accessible. Service is attentive without being intrusive, and the overall atmosphere feels modern, clean, and welcoming. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier hospitality in Jakarta, this hotel is a must-try. Would book again in a heartbeat.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and daily interactions smooth and pleasant. Located near public transit, it’s super convenient for business travelers like me who need quick access to downtown and office areas. The price is very reasonable for what you get—excellent value. That said, there was one issue: mosquitoes were quite noticeable. I personally swatted or killed over 40 during my stay, which was frustrating. It would be fantastic if the hotel could improve pest control, especially in the rooms, to ensure a more comfortable and peaceful sleep. With that small fix, this place would easily be my top pick for future trips to Jakarta.
