My stay at Tajview Agra was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring Agra. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff—so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. I especially loved the two resident dogs, Max and Maya—they’re adorable and added a special charm to the hotel. The rooftop restaurant, while pricey (a friend’s rice dish cost $17 and tasted just okay), didn’t overshadow the overall great experience. Given the quality of service and ambiance, it’s still worth it. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Agra.

We wished we had more time to explore everything the property has to offer—there’s actually quite a bit to enjoy beyond just the accommodations. A complimentary breakfast would’ve been a nice touch, especially compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at where it’s included. Still, the overall experience was excellent, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Would definitely consider returning.

The property is spotlessly clean, and the surrounding area feels safe and well-maintained—though I’d recommend avoiding late-night walks just for extra caution. The room came with a mini-fridge, which was a nice touch, and while a few power outlets didn’t work, it wasn’t a major issue. When I asked for a hairdryer, staff were quick to provide one—great service! Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Most importantly, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Taj Mahal, and the route is safe and clearly marked. For travelers who value convenience, comfort, and a peaceful stay near one of India’s most iconic landmarks, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Taj Agra for two nights with our kids and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with traditional Indian hospitality—check-in was smooth and memorable. Every detail, from the front desk staff to housekeeping, exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was a small yet heartfelt gesture by the housekeeping team member Omveer. He arranged my 6-year-old son’s toy cars in a neat line, which brought such joy to him that it became one of the most cherished moments of our trip. The attention to detail, genuine warmth, and exceptional service made this stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful—Deepali and Bushra were particularly outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile. Amar was another highlight—so courteous and humble, yet always attentive. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a great variety of local and international options. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. This place truly offers excellent value and hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it and will be returning.

I usually stick to budget hostels and mid-range hotels, but decided to treat myself at this stage of my trip to Agra. To my surprise, it still fit perfectly within my budget, and I was absolutely blown away by the level of service. I arrived early and was offered an early check-in without any hassle. The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away—perfect for morning visits when the crowds are smaller. Every staff member, from front desk to security and housekeeping, was incredibly polite and attentive. Breakfast was outstanding—diverse, fresh, and delicious. It's rare to find such comfort and quality at this price point. I’d happily come back again and would highly recommend Hotel Taj Resorts to anyone visiting Agra.

Our stay at The Retreat was brief but incredibly satisfying. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a good night's rest. The location is ideal, just a short commute to the Taj Mahal, making sightseeing hassle-free. What truly stood out was the staff, especially the manager. When we struggled to book train tickets, he kindly offered to assist using his own app—literally saving us from a major travel headache. His professionalism and genuine care made a lasting impression. For the quality of service, comfort, and value, this hotel is highly recommended.

Walking into the room, we were greeted by a live scorpion on the bed—definitely not what we expected! Thankfully, the staff reacted quickly and handled the situation calmly and professionally. Compared to another hotel in Jaipur we booked for the same price, this place truly stands out in every way. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience—maybe even a little adrenaline rush—this is definitely worth a visit. The food was excellent, fresh and flavorful, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Their dedication to guest comfort and safety made a lasting impression. A huge thank you to everyone who made our trip so special.
