My stay at Tajview Agra was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring Agra. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff—so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. I especially loved the two resident dogs, Max and Maya—they’re adorable and added a special charm to the hotel. The rooftop restaurant, while pricey (a friend’s rice dish cost $17 and tasted just okay), didn’t overshadow the overall great experience. Given the quality of service and ambiance, it’s still worth it. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Agra.

We wished we had more time to explore everything the property has to offer—there’s actually quite a bit to enjoy beyond just the accommodations. A complimentary breakfast would’ve been a nice touch, especially compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at where it’s included. Still, the overall experience was excellent, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Would definitely consider returning.

Staying at Hotel Atulyaa Taj was a fantastic experience overall. The property is spotlessly clean, and the surrounding area feels safe and well-maintained—though I’d recommend avoiding late-night walks just for extra caution. The room came with a mini-fridge, which was a nice touch, and while a few power outlets didn’t work, it wasn’t a major issue. When I asked for a hairdryer, staff were quick to provide one—great service! Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Most importantly, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Taj Mahal, and the route is safe and clearly marked. For travelers who value convenience, comfort, and a peaceful stay near one of India’s most iconic landmarks, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Taj Agra for two nights with our kids and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with traditional Indian hospitality—check-in was smooth and memorable. Every detail, from the front desk staff to housekeeping, exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was a small yet heartfelt gesture by the housekeeping team member Omveer. He arranged my 6-year-old son’s toy cars in a neat line, which brought such joy to him that it became one of the most cherished moments of our trip. The attention to detail, genuine warmth, and exceptional service made this stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had during my travels—definitely exceeded all expectations. I usually stick to budget hostels and mid-range hotels, but decided to treat myself at this stage of my trip to Agra. To my surprise, it still fit perfectly within my budget, and I was absolutely blown away by the level of service. I arrived early and was offered an early check-in without any hassle. The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away—perfect for morning visits when the crowds are smaller. Every staff member, from front desk to security and housekeeping, was incredibly polite and attentive. Breakfast was outstanding—diverse, fresh, and delicious. It's rare to find such comfort and quality at this price point. I’d happily come back again and would highly recommend Hotel Taj Resorts to anyone visiting Agra.

Our stay at The Retreat was brief but incredibly satisfying. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a good night's rest. The location is ideal, just a short commute to the Taj Mahal, making sightseeing hassle-free. What truly stood out was the staff, especially the manager. When we struggled to book train tickets, he kindly offered to assist using his own app—literally saving us from a major travel headache. His professionalism and genuine care made a lasting impression. For the quality of service, comfort, and value, this hotel is highly recommended.

The Hotel Amar offers a clean and welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. Our room, recently renovated, was well-equipped with a kettle, two mugs, and two glasses—everything was spotless, including the bedding and towels. While the pool was temporarily closed during our stay, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and satisfying. It’s a great option for a comfortable overnight stay, especially considering the value. A solid choice if you're visiting Agra.

Staying at Seven Hills Tower was a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Taj Mahal, and surrounded by great local eateries and shops. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere with clean, well-maintained rooms and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. I appreciated the warm hospitality and quick response to any request. The only minor issue was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working, but it didn’t detract much from the stay. Considering the comfort, service, and value, this place is definitely worth recommending.
Hotel Bhoomivilas
I was really grateful for the warm welcome and friendly staff during my stay at Hotel Bhoomivilas, but unfortunately, my overall experience fell far short of expectations. The room rates were quite high—comparable to a 3-star hotel—but what I saw didn’t match that standard. I was told there was a rooftop swimming pool, but when I arrived, it was completely out of order, and the rooftop area itself looked like an old dumping ground, poorly maintained and uninviting. Room service was also disappointing; most of the time, my calls went unanswered, so I had to go down to reception every time I needed something. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent, making for an uncomfortable experience. The dining area felt run-down, and the menu prices were shockingly high—almost on par with five-star hotels. That’s a huge gap between what you’re paying and what you actually get. I spent four nights here after visiting two other hotels in Jaipur and Ajmer, both of which offered far better service and value—even though they were significantly cheaper. Given how much more I paid here compared to those stays, I truly expected a higher standard. Unfortunately, this experience was underwhelming, especially considering the price point. Not recommended if you're looking for comfort, quality, or good value.
