Despite the travel time, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient—right next to the highway, just a 300-meter walk to LRT Cawang Station, and only about 2 kilometers from Halim Commuter Line Station. This makes getting around Jakarta straightforward, whether you're heading into the city center or catching a train. The accessibility alone makes this property stand out, especially for travelers relying on public transit. Great value and excellent positioning.

Surabaya—there are several cozy cafes right next to the hotel, or take a quick stroll toward Taman Ismail Marzuki for more options. Even if you don’t feel like going far, everything you need is within walking distance—perfect for exploring downtown Jakarta (Thamrin, Sudirman, Kuningan) without hassle. I stayed in a Superior Room 702—compact but spotless, with plenty of storage space including small cabinets and a wardrobe, ideal for travelers with minimal luggage. Small touches made a big difference: ample tissue, well-placed trash bins, and complete toiletries. What really stood out? A 42-inch smart TV that streams Netflix, YouTube, Vidio, and more—no extra subscriptions needed. Plus, there’s a balcony perfect for morning views when the air is still crisp and fresh. The building itself has a modern classic vibe, clearly recently renovated—clean, safe, and secure thanks to CCTV coverage in the hallways. Staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always ready to help. From security and front desk to housekeeping, everyone greeted with warm smiles and genuine care. Overall, this place offers unbeatable value, convenience, and comfort. I’d absolutely recommend it to any traveler visiting central Jakarta who wants a stress-free, wallet-friendly experience.

However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
