Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish! The breakfast spread was by far the highlight—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. I especially loved the local specialties; it felt like a real taste of Jakarta. The location is super convenient, just a short subway ride from the city center, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such great value with top-tier service and amenities. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jakarta—definitely coming back!

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro was overall very positive and highly enjoyable. The front desk staff member with the last name starting with 'R' during check-in stood out—professional, friendly, and efficient, making a great first impression. However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

Absolutely outstanding experience — truly the best! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I specifically requested a city view room. The hotel went above and beyond: they wrote our anniversary message on the mirror and even brought a little cake — such a thoughtful touch! 🙏 Located in one of Jakarta’s most upscale neighborhoods, the vibe feels remarkably like Singapore — elegant and vibrant. Dining options are super convenient; just a 5-minute walk to Kuningan City Mall, perfect for grabbing a bite anytime. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse and delicious — I couldn’t resist having seconds (and thirds!) 😁. This place offers incredible value and an unforgettable stay. Definitely coming back!

I picked this property because it's super close to RSCM hospital, and the reviews were promising. Turns out it's located in Menteng Executive Apartment—a classic yet luxurious residential complex in Jakarta. I was upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom unit at no extra cost, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and everything inside worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such comfort and quality in a central location—definitely a top choice for future visits. I’ll be coming back without hesitation.
