Absolutely outstanding experience — truly the best! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I specifically requested a city view room. The hotel went above and beyond: they wrote our anniversary message on the mirror and even brought a little cake — such a thoughtful touch! 🙏 Located in one of Jakarta’s most upscale neighborhoods, the vibe feels remarkably like Singapore — elegant and vibrant. Dining options are super convenient; just a 5-minute walk to Kuningan City Mall, perfect for grabbing a bite anytime. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse and delicious — I couldn’t resist having seconds (and thirds!) 😁. This place offers incredible value and an unforgettable stay. Definitely coming back!

Turns out it's located in Menteng Executive Apartment—a classic yet luxurious residential complex in Jakarta. I was upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom unit at no extra cost, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and everything inside worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such comfort and quality in a central location—definitely a top choice for future visits. I’ll be coming back without hesitation.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and it continues to be a reliable choice for my trips to Jakarta. I appreciate how close it is to Plaza Kasablanka—perfect for shopping and dining. During my last visit, I encountered an issue with the TV not loading YouTube, but when I reported it right away, the staff responded quickly and resolved it promptly. However, after leaving the room and turning the TV back on, the problem reappeared—haha, seems like a minor glitch. Despite that hiccup, the quick service and friendly attitude made a big difference. The hotel remains my top pick in the area for convenience, comfort, and value. I’ll definitely come back again.

However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
