We encountered more than 10 roaches upon arrival, and there was a visible stain on the toilet seat that wasn’t cleaned up despite multiple complaints. When I tried to contact management, the staff said I needed to reach out to their boss Bryan—but I called over ten times with no one picking up. The lack of communication and basic accountability is unacceptable. They clearly don’t care about guest experience. Poor service, zero response, and absolutely no follow-up. If you value cleanliness, reliability, and respect—stay away from this place. It’s a total waste of time and money.
