The property is well situated, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, there are a few things worth noting. Breakfast is quite limited, and priced at 350 THB per person, which feels steep compared to other similar hotels. The Sky Beach rooms have very high railings that block any view of the actual beach—just sky, no ocean view. If you want a room with a regular balcony instead, they charge an extra 500 THB per night, which seems excessive. Also, the deposit required is 1,000 THB—unusually high when most comparable properties ask only 200 THB or none at all. The swimming pool is always shaded, so sun exposure is minimal, which might be good for some but not ideal if you're looking to tan. Despite these drawbacks, the location more than makes up for it.
