What truly stood out was the service—every request I sent via WhatsApp was answered promptly and with genuine care. A 1,000 THB deposit is required upon check-in, but free parking is available—a big plus for travelers driving their own cars. I also noticed the front desk sells bath salts (199 THB), which might be a nice little souvenir or treat. The location is convenient for getting around Hat Yai, and public transport access is easy. Overall, this place offers great value for money and would definitely be my go-to choice if I return to Hat Yai.

I booked it without knowing it was shut down, and when I arrived, I found out it was completely closed. It was a huge waste of time and caused a lot of frustration.
