The room was spacious with a lovely European-style design, and the shower had powerful water pressure—perfect for someone who appreciates details. Natural light flooded in, making the space feel bright and airy. Staff were friendly and efficient throughout check-in and check-out. It’s conveniently located not too far from the airport, and right outside the hotel, there are great local breakfast spots and BBQ stalls—flavorful and authentic. Mat and Khaek made our arrival in Chiang Mai unforgettable—they picked us up from the bus station and generously shared local tips that helped us plan every part of our trip. Khaek arranged a reliable driver at an excellent rate, making it easy to explore places like the hot springs, elephant sanctuary, and scenic monk trails. Breakfasts prepared by Mat were a highlight—creative, delicious, and thoughtfully tailored to my vegetarian and fish-friendly preferences. While the property is located outside the city center, getting around is simple: Grab rides cost just 125 baht, and there’s a fantastic Japanese restaurant nearby that Mat kindly drove us to and from. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made us feel right at home. A truly memorable stay with a personal touch.
