Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, with dedicated personnel helping with luggage, which made the arrival feel effortless. Located just a short walk from the train station, it’s convenient for getting around. While major attractions like the Hermitage, Church of the Savior on Blood, and the Great Bookstore aren’t right next door, walking along Nevsky Prospekt is part of the charm—there are so many little shops and cafes to explore along the way. One unique touch in our room was a signed artwork by a famous figure hanging above the bed—anyone else stayed in that same room? The only minor downside is the lack of in-room Wi-Fi, but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all—my phone hotspot worked perfectly fine. Overall, this place offers excellent value, comfort, and atmosphere. I’d definitely come back.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, which made check-in and check-out smooth. One thing to note: there’s a mandatory 350 rubles per person immigration registration fee upon departure, and it must be paid in cash. We recommend bringing some cash just in case.
