We stayed at JW Marriott Parq Vancouver to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. The cake itself was delicious, perfectly balanced in sweetness and texture. We booked the Ivy Room, which is spacious at 100 sqm with an outdoor table tennis set, giving us plenty of room to relax. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus, especially for a romantic getaway. As a five-star hotel, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is super convenient—just a short walk from downtown and public transit. What stood out most was the value: even during regular stays, prices are reasonable compared to other luxury hotels. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-appointed place with exceptional service, this is definitely a must-visit.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific Vancouver for five nights and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is unbeatable—right next to Waterfront Station, where you can catch the SkyTrain, SeaBus, buses, and trains with zero hassle. Just steps away from Canada Place, which offers free shuttles to Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge, making day trips super easy. From our room, we had stunning views of cruise ships, seaplanes, and helicopters—truly unique! A short walk takes you to Gastown, where the famous steam clock is a must-see. Bonus: if you pick up a Vancouver fridge magnet, the hotel is actually one of the iconic buildings featured. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, and our room was always spotless. One minor note—housekeeping trolleys were present in the hallway 24/7, which felt a bit intrusive for a luxury hotel, but it’s a small trade-off. Overall, this was an almost flawless stay. We especially loved the views from our room and would definitely return.
