My overnight stay at Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport - NEC on February 5th was absolutely excellent, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the area. The free shuttle service to and from the train station is a game-changer—punctual, comfortable, and incredibly convenient, especially when catching an early morning flight. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing night’s rest. The on-site restaurant served delicious food at very reasonable prices—great value for money. Even though security queues can be long during peak times, the hotel’s shuttle runs as early as 5 a.m., giving me plenty of time to get to the airport comfortably before my 7:40 departure. Overall, this hotel offers top-notch service, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely book here again if I’m flying out early.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic—everything you need is just steps away, from great dining options and a cozy pub to the kids' indoor play area at NEC. The location is super convenient with excellent transport links, making it easy to explore Birmingham. The staff go above and beyond with their warm hospitality, and the food is delicious. I especially loved the serene views of the lake from my room—peaceful and refreshing. The area feels safe and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. I've stayed here multiple times and each visit has been excellent. The hotel is spotless from top to bottom—every corner feels meticulously cleaned. My room had an amazing view of the city skyline, especially stunning at night when the lights sparkle across the horizon. The location is incredibly convenient; it's just a short metro ride into downtown Birmingham, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I love how comfortable and well-maintained the rooms are.
