The room size is reasonable for the price, though it's clear the property has been around for a few years—some of the hardware shows minor wear and tear. The air conditioning makes a slight noise when running, and the vent isn’t fully secured in place. There’s also a small gap near the bathroom counter that’s tricky to clean or retrieve items from if something falls in. The robot delivery system works well in theory, but when calling the room via the intercom, the audio quality was poor—likely due to signal issues. That said, the staff absolutely made up for any shortcomings. The front desk staff were attentive and proactive—they even warned us about ongoing construction in the same building during check-in. Both the male and female team members were consistently polite, greeting guests warmly every time we passed by. Even at checkout, they asked sincerely about our stay and how we felt. The housekeeping staff were friendly and respectful too. The smart features powered by Huazhu are impressive: ordering via QR code and having robots deliver essentials is smooth and futuristic. While the physical condition could use some updates, the excellent service and tech integration really elevate the experience. Definitely worth a return visit.
