We traveled to Makkah for Umrah and needed to visit the Haram multiple times throughout our stay. While the hotel is a bit of a distance from the sacred site, the complimentary shuttle service is excellent—frequent, reliable, and well-organized. The property itself is spotless and offers all the amenities you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Our room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, making it perfect for resting before early morning prayers. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and peaceful. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority here. For anyone planning an Umrah journey, this is a great base with convenient transportation and a relaxing environment. Highly recommend staying here—it truly exceeded our expectations.

This stay in Makkah was absolutely perfect — Maashaallah, tabaarakallah! From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The hotel is incredibly convenient, with an hourly shuttle to the Haram, making access seamless. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and we were even granted a late checkout — a thoughtful touch that made our trip so much more relaxed. The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed with all the essentials. The bathroom was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated having extra pillows — total comfort for a restful sleep. The staff went above and beyond: special thanks to Miss Raneem for her kindness and warm hospitality, and to Miss Ro’a at reception for her understanding and flexibility. Their attention to detail made us feel truly valued. The price? Absolutely worth it — excellent value for such a premium experience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
