This stay in Makkah was absolutely perfect — Maashaallah, tabaarakallah! From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The hotel is incredibly convenient, with an hourly shuttle to the Haram, making access seamless. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and we were even granted a late checkout — a thoughtful touch that made our trip so much more relaxed. The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed with all the essentials. The bathroom was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated having extra pillows — total comfort for a restful sleep. The staff went above and beyond: special thanks to Miss Raneem for her kindness and warm hospitality, and to Miss Ro’a at reception for her understanding and flexibility. We traveled to Makkah for Umrah and needed to visit the Haram multiple times throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, making it perfect for resting before early morning prayers.
