My stay at Chengdu Jinniu EVEN Hotels was absolutely outstanding—10 out of 10 without a doubt! I especially want to highlight the amazing service from front desk staff Xiao Huang and Xiao Zhang. Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.

On another rainy day, I came back soaking wet after running errands, and mentioned it casually to Linda. By the time I returned, my clothes were already washed, dried, and even had a fresh, pleasant scent—no stress at all. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, perfect for couples or families looking for comfort and privacy. Every detail felt considered, from the clean, modern interiors to the excellent service. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it felt like being welcomed into a home.
