A little more attention to consistency would go a long way. Despite those small hiccups, the overall experience was exceptional. The staff were warm and attentive, and the unique blend of style and comfort made this stay truly memorable. I’d happily return and recommend it to fellow travelers looking for something special.

We were traveling with my partner who was on crutches, so we requested a slightly larger room, and they not only accommodated us but even reassigned the same room we stayed in before—such thoughtful service! The entire property is spotless, and from the moment we walked in, we felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely happy. The bed and pillows were incredibly cozy, the bathroom offered a luxurious shower and soaking tub, and the wall-mounted toiletries had a refreshing, pleasant scent. Everything about this hotel feels well cared for. We’re already planning our return visit this Thursday—this place truly hits all the right notes.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. One of the best things? You can access the city center via different routes from either side of the hotel—great flexibility. The area is wonderfully peaceful, with only the sound of seagulls breaking the calm. Across the street, there's a fantastic Indian restaurant—flavorful, authentic, and just a 2-minute walk away. Plus, you're steps from the canal area and the historic heart of Birmingham, where cobblestone streets and old-world charm come alive. Everything you need is within easy reach, and the value for money is outstanding. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Birmingham.

Staying at Premier Inn Birmingham City Centre (New St Station) was an absolute highlight of my trip. The location couldn’t be better—right next to Grand Central shopping centre and just steps from the train station, with McDonald’s conveniently nearby. While the hotel doesn’t provide bottled water, there’s a Tesco just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to grab drinks or snacks. I did notice some people sleeping outside during both day and night, but the hotel requires a key card for entry, which definitely adds peace of mind when it comes to safety. The room itself is brand new, spotless, and well-maintained—really impressive for the price. I’ve stayed at another Premier Inn near the river before, and my friend mentioned no air conditioning and constant traffic noise, but this one has excellent AC, and even though it faces the railway line, there’s absolutely no noise disturbance. It’s quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a stress-free stay in Birmingham.
