Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor

Staying at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor was an absolute delight—located just steps from the airport, the view from my room was unbeatable with planes taking off and boats passing by. The complimentary shuttle service made getting to the terminal super easy; just make sure you don’t get off at the first stop, as that’s actually the car rental pickup point. Everything was well-organized, quiet, and convenient. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location is perfect for travelers who want to save time. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Boston—great value and a fantastic experience overall.

Hyatt Regency Boston

Staying at Hyatt Regency Boston was an absolute delight—just a 5-minute walk from Chinatown and also only a 5-minute subway ride to Downtown Crossing, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I’ve traveled to the U.S. over a dozen times, and this was the first time I ever received slippers in a hotel room—I genuinely teared up 😭😭. The little touches like that really make a difference. The room isn’t huge, but there are plenty of outlets, so charging devices is never an issue. Even better: they have a microwave in the room! I had leftover food from a restaurant dinner, called the front desk to ask if they could help reheat it, and they actually brought the microwave right to my door—so thoughtful and efficient. One thing to note: the water in the mini-fridge comes with a $4 charge per bottle, which is a bit steep. Also, the soundproofing isn’t great—every flush and running tap from the neighboring room is clearly audible. Still, these are minor trade-offs for such a well-located, friendly, and well-equipped hotel. Would definitely book again.

Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston

Absolutely incredible stay! The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Boston, just around the corner from the historic Old City Hall. On Independence Day, we were able to stand outside and watch the mayor read the Declaration of Independence from the balcony—what an unforgettable moment. Walking to the North End takes about 20 minutes, and while it’s packed with restaurants, I have to say they don’t quite match the authenticity of real Italian cuisine—but that’s not the point here. The real highlight is how convenient everything is. The subway station is literally within 100 meters, making travel around the city a breeze. Despite being in downtown, the rooms were surprisingly quiet and peaceful—no noise from the street or crowds. Boston’s overall safety is impressive, and you can really feel secure walking around at night. This place offers a perfect balance of location, comfort, and atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Boston—it’s more than just a hotel, it’s part of the experience.

The location is excellent: close to public transit, making it easy to explore downtown Boston and nearby attractions without hassle. Concord Square by Short Term Rentals Boston

I’ll admit I was a bit nervous when I saw the other reviews on this site after booking—it was a last-minute decision, so I just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. The automated emails felt a little impersonal at first, and I worried whether someone was actually on the ground. But every time I reached out with a question, I got a quick and friendly response, which put me at ease. Once inside, everything was spotless and beautifully kept—so much better than I expected. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room, though compact, was exactly what we needed for a cozy stay. The front door was a bit stiff and required a firm pull to open, but that’s a minor detail. Our housekeeper was genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I didn’t notice any thin walls since there were no other guests around during our visit. Overall, this place is perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking for a quiet, clean, and convenient base while exploring Boston. It’s not about luxury—it’s about comfort, value, and peace of mind. I’d absolutely recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable short-term stay without the hassle.

Boston Christopher

The location is decent, but getting in touch with the property was nearly impossible. I sent multiple emails and made several calls, but received absolutely no response—no confirmation, no updates, nothing. Several reviews already mentioned issues accessing the room, which makes the lack of communication even more concerning. There’s no on-site management, yet they claim to respond promptly. That promise rings hollow when you’re left waiting indefinitely just to book a room. It’s hard not to wonder if they’re still in business at all. If this is how guest service works, it’s a major red flag for anyone considering staying here.

No. 284 Back Bay Hotel, Sonder

Staying at No. 284 Back Bay Hotel by Sonder was a great experience overall, especially because of the unbeatable location right across from the green parkway—waking up to that view every morning was peaceful and refreshing. The room itself is clean, modern, and well-designed with plenty of space and good privacy; you really feel like you have your own little sanctuary without any unwanted interruptions. That said, there’s no housekeeping service during your stay—no daily cleaning or trash removal—so you’ll need to take care of those things yourself, which might be a bit unexpected if you're used to full-service hotels. Still, for travelers who value independence and minimal interference, this can actually be a plus. It's perfect for solo trips, business stays, or anyone wanting a quiet, self-managed base in the heart of Boston. Public transit is super convenient—just a short walk to the subway—and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. All in all, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm without the extra frills.

Maverick Suites at 28 Fenway

Staying at Maverick Suites at 28 Fenway was an absolute highlight of my trip to Boston. The suite was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the location—Fenway Park and Newbury Street are just steps away, making it incredibly easy to explore shops, restaurants, and local attractions on foot. I loved wandering down Newbury Street in the evening, and there were plenty of great takeout options nearby that delivered fast and tasted delicious. Public transit is also super convenient—just a short walk to the subway. This place offers unbeatable value and a prime neighborhood vibe. Definitely one of the best spots in Boston for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and character.

Maverick Suites at 245 Newbury St

Staying at Maverick Suites at 245 Newbury St was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Boston, steps away from shops, restaurants, and public transit. Walking around the neighborhood felt lively and safe, and the building itself has a cool, modern vibe that made it feel like home. The staff were responsive and friendly, especially when I had quick questions over the phone—they always got back to me fast. Parking wasn’t an issue either—since street meters are affordable and parking garages were just a few blocks away, I didn’t have to stress about finding a spot. One small note: the bathroom could be more practical. There’s very little space to place personal items, and the sink feels more artistic than functional with its angled design. But honestly, that’s a tiny detail compared to everything else. The room was spacious, stylish, and well-maintained. For the price and location, this is a top-tier choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

Element Boston Seaport District

We stayed one night at this hotel before boarding our cruise, and it was the perfect transition. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the dock, which made everything so convenient. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with a great vibe throughout. Our room was spacious, quiet, and well-appointed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—answered all our questions promptly and made us feel welcome. While the price isn’t the cheapest, it’s totally justified by the excellent location, comfort, and service quality. For travelers heading to or from a cruise, this is a top pick. I’d definitely stay here again.

Temple Place Suites

Staying at Temple Place Suites was a delightful surprise—my first time in a shared bunk-style room, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is unbeatable: right next to Boston Common, just steps from the subway, making it super easy to reach Harvard and MIT in just a few stops. A short walk takes you into downtown Boston, and even closer to Quincy Market for some great food and shopping. Though we shared a bathroom, it was surprisingly clean—everyone seemed to respect the space and keep it tidy. There’s a nice sense of community too; people actually greet each other, which makes the vibe feel warm and welcoming. It’s not just convenient—it’s a smart, affordable choice with a real local charm. I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m back in Boston.
