I stayed here for a short course, and it was an excellent experience overall. The breakfast was incredibly generous—plenty of options and really delicious. My room was a river-view suite with a tasteful, modern design that made the view even more enjoyable. I did notice some evening noise from nearby areas, but it quieted down by 10 PM, and the hotel provided earplugs as a thoughtful touch. When my takeaway arrived without chopsticks or a lighter, I called the front desk and within minutes, Daisy and Yuki had sorted everything out—super prompt and friendly. Their service really stood out. The location is convenient, the staff are attentive, and the value for money is fantastic. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Zengcheng.
