When I contacted the platform for help, they claimed it wasn’t found, which was hard to believe given how organized the staff at Gloucester Park were. The only things to note: request a floor when checking in—avoid the basement (it’s a bit dark and quiet), but floors 2 to 5 are all excellent. Also, breakfast must be reserved ahead of time. The mattress is on the softer side, so if you have back issues, consider stretching beforehand.
