Next to the hotel, there’s a stunning-looking rooftop castle building with afternoon tea available—regrettably, our schedule was too tight to try it, but definitely on my list for next time. The gym is well-equipped, and I loved doing a pre-bed strength session—really satisfying. Hot water pressure is excellent, rooms are generously sized, and the bathroom amenities feel premium. The bathtub can easily fit two people, perfect for a romantic soak. I booked the package including breakfast and dinner, and the breakfast buffet was incredible—wide variety, fresh, and filling. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the hallway on our floor had wooden planks laid down, which made walking a bit noisy. One elevator was out of service during our stay, so we had to wait longer for the other one. Location-wise, it’s not ideal for walking—no clear sidewalks, and the street outside is busy with traffic. Even from the top floor, I could hear constant car noise throughout the day, so sound insulation isn’t great. Still, overall, this was an excellent stay.
