When we mentioned the mattress wasn’t quite right, they replaced it immediately—no hesitation—and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne as a gesture of apology. That level of care is rare. From helping with excursions and reservations to arranging private transfers, their attention to detail and constant support made everything effortless. We truly felt like guests, not just customers. The rooftop solarium is accessible from the parking side—something I found surprising when I saw a driver come in to charge his car! It confirmed that entry via this route is perfectly possible. Overall, this was one of the best stays we’ve had in Greece. If we ever return to Santorini, there’s no question—we’ll be back at Ducato Wine Village without a second thought. The airport transfer service was excellent—punctual, comfortable, and just a short walk from the property. Right outside our door was the pedestrian zone of Fira, and it only took us 5 to 10 minutes to reach the heart of the town’s main attractions. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk after check-out without any hassle. Renting a car was definitely the best option for exploring the island, and having convenient parking just steps away made everything so much easier. Unfortunately, our three-night visit was too short to fully enjoy all that Santorini has to offer. But one thing’s for sure—we’ll be back!
