I wish I had written down her name, but I honestly forgot in the moment (my bad!). Still, her warm demeanor and dedication left a lasting impression. The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown, close to attractions and transit options. Everything about this stay was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be returning.
