I was lucky to visit during the World Triathlon Championships, and the city was buzzing with energy. The hotel itself is housed in a beautifully restored historic building, blending old-world charm with modern luxury. The wide corridors are adorned with elegant antique furnishings that add character to every step. My room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with high-quality furniture and smart layouts. The gym is compact but well-equipped with premium fitness machines—perfect for staying on track while traveling. One minor downside: the spa closes at 8 PM, which feels a bit early if you're hoping to unwind after a long day. Still, overall, the experience was outstanding. From the impeccable service to the attention to detail, this hotel offers exceptional value. I’d definitely return—this is one of the best stays I’ve had in Germany.

Parking fees were on the higher side, especially considering the room rate; including parking for guests or offering a discount would have been a nice touch. The breakfast was fantastic—fresh salmon, delicious fish salad, and plenty of cheese, all exactly what I love. Hamburg itself is such a beautiful city, and this hotel offers a perfect base to explore it. With its stylish vibe, excellent location, and top-notch breakfast, I’d definitely come back.

Stayed for five nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. As a family of three, we were given a triple room where our child had their own little bed—so much fun and comfortable! Breakfast was excellent every day: fresh fruit, local pastries, and a great variety to choose from. We booked through the platform, and the front desk confirmed that city tax was already included, so no extra charges at all—great value for money. The room was cleaned daily, the kettle was handy for tea or coffee, and towels were promptly replaced. What really stood out was our room’s amazing view—directly overlooking the Elbphilharmonie and the giant Ferris wheel. At night, the lights made it absolutely magical. Location-wise, it’s perfect: right on the S-line between my husband’s office and the city center, making commuting super easy. Right outside is a lovely park with excellent greenery and wildlife—perfect for morning walks. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Hamburg. Highly recommend this hotel!

There were fresh breads galore, multiple types of honey, four kinds of yogurt, and a generous spread of nuts, fresh fruit, and fruit in the yogurt. The juice selection was unique and refreshing, plus there were ice water and sparkling water options. Best part? Just let the staff know, and you can take your coffee or tea outside to the smoking area—relaxing and cozy. Just remember to return your empty cup to the dining area. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. A top-tier experience from start to finish.

The location isn’t right next to the subway station (about a 7–8 minute walk), but it’s safe, quiet, and well-connected. Plus, there are plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. With excellent value, friendly staff, and a clean, cozy atmosphere, I’d definitely book this property again when visiting other cities. Highly recommended for travelers who appreciate comfort and convenience.
