The American-style breakfast was classic and delicious: fresh pancakes, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and a variety of pastries. It was exactly what you’d expect from a well-run hotel, but done with care and quality. The location, service, and comfort all added up to a flawless experience. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Dallas.

Breakfast was decent, similar to what you’d expect from a standard chain hotel like HanTing Express back home—simple but satisfying. I was traveling solo and my English isn’t strong, so I was a bit nervous about communication when stepping out. Thankfully, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. One of the ladies went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing a Grehound ticket, which made my trip much smoother. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. The location is convenient, the service is warm, and the value for money is excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting downtown Dallas.

I was really disappointed with my stay at Skyline Trinity. I booked a night, but never received the check-in link, and my messages went completely unanswered. I even showed up in person, only to be left scrambling to find another place to stay at the last minute. This experience was incredibly frustrating and a major waste of time. I hope the platform takes steps to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Plus, it's just a short walk to Main Street—perfect for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help; check-in and check-out went smoothly. The free breakfast offered a great variety of hot, satisfying options. Parking across the street is affordable and easy to pay for online. This place truly delivers on comfort, location, and value. 10/10—definitely coming back!
