The lobby bar sets the perfect mood, Bongo Java offers some of the best coffee I’ve had on a trip, and the dining options are top-notch. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. We were really looking forward to relaxing by the pool, but it was packed with around 80 guests and almost no space to sit. That was actually one of the main reasons we chose this property, so it was a bit disappointing to see such high demand. Still, despite that hiccup, the overall experience was exceptional. From the elegant rooms to the thoughtful touches throughout, I’d definitely book here again without hesitation.

Check-in was smooth and we were able to get in early, which was perfect since we wanted to rest after the show. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and helpful service—always smiling, ready to assist, and made us feel welcome. The only minor note was that Dierks Bentley, a nearby bar, had some loud music that carried through the window, but honestly, in Nashville, you kind of expect a lively vibe. It didn’t ruin the stay at all—it just added a little bit of local flavor. Overall, the comfort, convenience, and hospitality made this stay truly memorable. Would definitely recommend and book again.
