I was disappointed I couldn’t use the pool due to the cooler weather, but it’s already on my list to come back just for that. The atmosphere, comfort, and convenience make this place stand out. Highly recommend for both business travelers and those looking for a relaxing urban escape.

Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City

Staying at the Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is just a short 10-minute walk from Universal Studios, and while there’s also a shuttle service available, walking is quick and convenient. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and satisfying—and dinner at the on-site café was equally enjoyable. That said, I was surprised by the $20 fee to use the microwave in the room. It felt a bit unexpected, almost as if they’re discouraging guests from bringing in their own food and pushing them toward dining at the hotel’s restaurant instead. Still, that minor downside doesn’t take away from the overall quality. The hotel feels safe, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for a family vacation. The location is unbeatable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you're visiting Universal Studios, this is definitely one of the best places to stay, and despite the microwave charge, we’d stay here again without hesitation.

Staying at The Hoxton in Downtown LA was such a pleasant surprise. Even though the rooms are compact, the design is incredibly stylish and full of character—every corner feels intentional and unique. Being right in the heart of downtown makes exploring the city effortless; public transit is just steps away, and there are plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service—they genuinely made me feel welcome and even gave helpful tips on hidden gems around town. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines charm, convenience, and warm hospitality so perfectly. This stay stood out as one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Los Angeles.

I've stayed at W Hollywood multiple times for business trips, and it never fails to impress. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a sleek, modern vibe that makes you feel like you're in the heart of LA glamour. Right outside the door, there's a wide variety of restaurants—great for grabbing a bite before a flight or just enjoying a casual meal after work. Nearby convenience stores make late-night essentials easy to grab. What really stands out is the airport shuttle service; it’s incredibly convenient for travelers connecting through LAX, but I highly recommend booking it in advance since spaces fill up quickly. With its prime location, stylish design, and top-notch service, this place delivers an exceptional experience every time. Definitely my go-to when in town.

Whether you're taking the metro or walking, getting there is quick and easy, making it perfect for theme park lovers. The location, comfort, and hospitality all come together to create a memorable stay. Highly recommend this gem in Los Angeles!
