Staying at the Milan Marriott Hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable—bedding was cozy, and the bathroom felt modern and clean. It takes about 16 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station, but the route is peaceful and safe, with convenience stores and supermarkets along the way. Even though it’s not right next to public transit, the location is still very convenient for exploring central Milan. The hotel offers great value for money, and I’d definitely return if I come back to the city. A solid choice for travelers who appreciate comfort and practicality.

The sofa bed is a real win—easily converts into a comfortable extra bed, allowing my kids and me to sleep separately without any disruption. Italianway - Piazza Lima 1
We were supposed to receive the door code via email upon check-in, but it never arrived. When I tried to contact Italianway staff, I could barely hear them due to the loud noise in the office. They insisted it had been sent and that we should have it already. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, they finally resent it. All this happened while we were standing outside in 34°C heat, waiting with our two heavy suitcases. To make matters worse, we had to carry everything up three flights of stairs to a flat without air conditioning—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere before booking. As someone who’s lived in Italy for over 20 years (my wife is Italian), I know what to expect when traveling here, but this was still an exhausting experience, especially for us in our mid-seventies. That said, the apartment was clean and located in a very convenient spot—our only positive takeaway.

Staying at Easyhomes Duomo View was a great choice! The location is fantastic—right on the ground floor with an amazing view directly facing the Duomo. Waking up to that iconic cathedral in sight is truly special. The only minor downside is the noise from Piazza del Duomo, but if you're not sensitive to city sounds, it's totally worth it.
