Staying at Mercure Sao Paulo Bela Vista was a great experience overall. The hotel is well-located—just a 5-minute walk to a supermarket, which made grocery runs super convenient. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping every other day, which kept everything fresh and tidy. I especially appreciated the English-speaking front desk staff—they were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth. The amenities are solid, and the air conditioning works perfectly. One small note: there’s no complimentary bottled water, but that’s easy to fix by grabbing a drink nearby. While there aren’t many restaurants right around the area, it’s still a short walk to several options. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money, with a quiet neighborhood, good cleanliness, and reliable service. Definitely would stay here again when visiting São Paulo.
