The location is unbeatable: right next to the metro station, making it super easy to explore São Paulo without hassle. Grabbing an Uber was just as convenient whenever needed. Plus, the area is full of great dining spots and everyday amenities. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and excellent value—all in one. I’d definitely stay here again.

I rushed to the front desk and explained the situation, handing over the receipt. The staff member handled it with calm confidence: she called the taxi company, confirmed the vehicle, and coordinated directly with the driver. Even though it had been over 30 minutes since I got off the car, I still held on to hope. Minutes later, the front desk called back—excitedly telling me the driver was already on his way back with my bag, delayed only by morning rush-hour traffic. I was stunned. Truly, I didn’t expect such efficiency and kindness from a city often seen as chaotic. The best part? My bag was untouched, sitting right where I left it—the back seat. So I relaxed in the hotel’s Instagram-worthy café, sipping coffee and enjoying the elegant ambiance while waiting. About 20 minutes later, the driver arrived with a big smile, apologizing profusely. I wanted to thank him with a tip, but he politely refused—until I insisted. It wasn’t just about getting my bag back; it was the humanity behind it all. This experience made me believe the old saying: Brazilians are real-life superheroes. And the hotel team? Absolutely outstanding. They checked me in before 11 a.m., making everything seamless. From start to finish, this stay was more than comfortable—it was unforgettable. The apartment is excellent overall—spacious rooms and well-maintained bathrooms make for a comfortable stay. The only downside is the sofa bed, which claims to accommodate two adults. In reality, it's extremely narrow and barely fits two children. It’s not practical for adults to sleep on, so the description feels misleading. That said, everything else was great—the location is convenient, the staff were friendly, and the amenities are solid. If you're traveling with kids or don’t mind a tight fit, it’s still a good option. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
