It's convenient, clean, and well-located—just a short walk or quick transit ride away from the hospital. No frills, but everything works as it should. One minor issue I noticed: if you leave trash near the sink area, occasional cockroaches would appear, even though the overall space was kept very clean. I’m not sure where they’re coming from, but it’s definitely not due to the host—the cleanliness standards are high. Kitchen essentials are available, but having a pressure cooker would be a nice upgrade, especially for someone like me who just can’t live without a good pot of beans (I’m from Rio!). That said, it’s more of a personal preference. A quick note to fellow guests: please respect the space—wash dishes after use and avoid leaving burnt pots behind. The host’s service is outstanding—prompt responses at any time, always helpful and professional. Everything promised in the listing is delivered, including laundry services, which are reasonably priced and not excessive. Overall, my stay was fantastic. Kudos to the whole team—great experience!
