Though it's directly across from Universal, the walk takes about 20 minutes, so waking up early is key to making the most of your day. The shuttle service is available but runs infrequently and fills up fast—plan ahead if you're relying on it. Despite these minor inconveniences, the location, value for money, and unique atmosphere make this a solid choice for families or anyone wanting to be close to Universal without paying premium prices.

The hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk from the theme parks and surrounded by plenty of dining options. With a group of 10 people waiting to order, we ended up standing in line for about 20 minutes. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to start your day on time. That said, the overall experience was still excellent—great location, clean rooms, and a good balance between comfort and value. A little tweak to the breakfast process would make this already great hotel even better.

However, the real win is using the hotel’s free transportation to the parks, which easily offsets the cost of theme park parking fees.
