After reporting it, I was promptly moved to room 208, which was a fantastic upgrade. The room is spacious, with brand-new bedding, fully functional air conditioning, and an amazing, stylish decor that really stood out. While the first room had some issues, the hotel’s quick response and seamless reassignment made all the difference. It’s clear they care about guest comfort and satisfaction. A great stay overall—highly recommend for anyone visiting São Paulo.
